RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of luxury timepieces, all sales at LVMW Timepieces are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Each watch we sell is a high-value item that is authenticated, inspected, and documented before it leaves our care. Once a timepiece has been delivered, we can no longer verify its condition, handling, or chain of custody — for this reason, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances other than those described below.

We want you to be completely certain before you purchase. Prior to placing an order, we encourage you to:
- Ask us anything about a specific timepiece — additional photos, video, and detailed condition reports are available on request.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your watch arrives damaged, defective, or you received an item different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@lvmwtimepieces.com with your order number and photos or video of the item and packaging as received. We will work with you promptly to make it right.
Authenticity Guarantee
Every timepiece we sell is guaranteed authentic. In the unlikely event a watch is determined by a qualified, mutually recognized authority to be inauthentic, we will issue a full refund upon its return.
Order Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us immediately. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
