Authenticity & Condition

Are your watches authentic?
Yes. Every watch is carefully inspected and authenticated before listing. We guarantee the authenticity of every timepiece we sell.

What does the condition rating mean?
New — Brand new, unworn, with full manufacturer warranty.
Unworn — Never worn but may not include manufacturer warranty.
Excellent — Minimal signs of wear, runs perfectly.
Very Good — Light wear consistent with careful use.
Good — Normal wear, fully functional.

Shipping & Returns

How is my watch shipped?
All watches are shipped fully insured via FedEx or UPS with signature required upon delivery. Tracking is provided for every shipment.

Can I return a watch?
We offer a 3-day inspection period from the date of delivery. If the watch is not as described, contact us immediately for a return authorization.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, bank wire transfers, and Shop Pay. All transactions are secured and encrypted.

Is there a warranty?
New watches include the manufacturer's warranty. Pre-owned watches include our own limited warranty covering mechanical defects.
